Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Scheduled servicing is based on time or distance, whichever comes first. Škoda’s published intervals are 12 months or 15,000 km for petrol and diesel vehicles, and 24 months or 30,000 km for electric vehicles. Follow your vehicle’s specific service schedule, even if you drive fewer kilometres.
Under the Škoda Service Pricing program, tyre rotation, balancing and wheel alignment are not included in the standard scheduled service price. If required, these are charged separately with your consent. Check your quote for the work included in your booking.
Yes. Some driving conditions place additional strain on your vehicle, which may mean certain maintenance tasks are needed more frequently. An authorised Škoda dealer can advise whether intermediate servicing is appropriate for your driving conditions. This additional work is not covered by the standard Škoda Service Pricing program.
An eligible Škoda service pack or Care Plan stays with the vehicle and can transfer to its next owner. It is linked to the same Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), so the remaining cover cannot be moved to a different car. The original plan’s terms and limits continue to apply.
Electric Škoda vehicles must be serviced by an EV Certified Škoda dealer. Before booking, confirm that your chosen service centre is certified to service your model. Škoda’s online booking directory also identifies dealers where electric vehicle servicing is unavailable.
